Family Literacy Night

On the third anniversary of Rosanna passing away, the teachers, staff, and families at Surry Elementary School hosted a Family Literacy Night on February 27. Such a fun night for the teachers and students to show parents and families what is being taught at school. Each teacher had a station with games and activities, and there was a raffle, and ton of books to take home! The hallway leading into the gym was also lined with luminary bags with messages to and about Rosanna. A special night in honor of a special teacher!
